About the Heading for My Blog

[Note from Dave: This post refers to a previous title for my blog. I recently changed it after two of my friends (not knowing that I'd started this thing) were talking about no one really cares what bloggers think about the topics they write on. I told them to check out my blog, then changed the title.]

I'm a lawyer, specializing in First Amendment litigation. I'm also a poker player. I figured that a snappy way to set apart my blog's title would be to allude to each of these passions while suggesting that readers could expect something above and beyond the usual. Perhaps a little corny. If anyone has a better idea, post it in a comment.
